Service Refunds

At Offerfusions, we are committed to delivering high-quality office renovation services. Our refund policy is designed to clarify the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.

Since each project is customized to the client's requirements, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to resolve any issues to your satisfaction before considering a refund.

Deposit Refunds

If you cancel a project before work begins, your deposit (typically 30% of the total quoted amount) may be refundable minus any administrative fees incurred. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial planning, design, and material procurement costs.

Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after it has started, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including materials purchased and labor hours. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days.

Defects or Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work due to defects or failure to meet agreed specifications, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the work and correct any issues at no additional cost. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
